About the Show:

“Into the Jungle” is a six-part series where Stafford, a former British Army captain and seasoned survivalist, aims to help struggling fathers rediscover their role as male role models. Together with their children, these fathers are taken deep into the jungles of Costa Rica, where they must adapt to the harsh environment, overcoming intense obstacles such as jungle treks, building shelters, and surviving with minimal resources. Each episode highlights a wilderness challenge meant to test both the dads and their relationships with their children.
 

Stafford believes that modern fathers often face challenges in connecting with their inner strength and the adventurous spirit that can be important for personal growth. By removing the distractions of everyday life and guiding these men through survival challenges, the show aims to help them rediscover resilience and build deeper, more meaningful relationships with their children.
