Over 10 years ago we introduced complimentary yoga sessions with certified instructors on select departure dates at our Adventure Basecamps on Lighthouse Reef and Glover’s Reef. The combination of practicing yoga on the beach with the sun rising over the Caribbean Sea is the perfect formula.
Guests love the yoga sessions, whether they are new to yoga or long time yogis. It’s the perfect form of exercise to stretch and loosen up before a day of sea kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, snorkeling and fly fishing. Yoga also brings another way to relax, restore and reconnect the mind and body, something many of us crave after the busy Holiday season.
