Island Expeditions Co. is excited to announce we now have confirmed our Yoga Teachers Schedule for our Lighthouse Adventure and Glover's Reef & River of Caves trips in Belize. The tradition of yoga unites the body, breath and mind, and is perfect way to relax, stretch and unwind before or after a day of kayaking, swimming and snorkeling. The peace and beauty of the clear blue waters, white sand beaches and swaying palm trees provide an inspiration to our instructors and guests alike as they start out their days with an energizing and relaxing yoga session. For these departures from January through to April of 2011 we will be offering daily yoga sessions with certified instructors on the majority of Glover’s Reef and Lighthouse Reef dates:
