Don’t Rush This Day

Don’t rush this day.
Breath rise and fall
on ocean wave. Don’t rush this day.
Presence. Here, now,
flow and ebb. Don’t rush this day.
Lay down set aside
worn patterned ways. Don’t rush this day.
Observe. Be curious
to possibility, Wonder. Don’t rush this day.
Each step
appreciation, gratitude. Don’t rush this day.
Look at your life
with new eyes. Don’t rush this day.
Your one and only life
tender and wild. Don’t rush this day.
Awaken.
Live to the Full. Don’t rush this day.
